My passion is Real Estate! I am a problem solver.
I have been a Realtor since January 1997 working as a Agent and a Broker Associate with the firm of United Real Estate Solutions. I am now a Partner in my own firm Property Pros, LLC. holding the following designations in Real Estate: ABR, CNE, CRS, GRI, RECS and e-PRO.

I was Rookie of the year 1997 at United Real Estate Solutions and have won Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Awards every year I have been in the Real Estate Industry.

I am licensed in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota with my coverage area being the entire Siouxland area.

I am a member of the Plymouth County Board of Realtors' MLS as well as a member of Greater Sioux City Board of Realtors' MLS. I belong to the Le Mars Chamber of Commerce, Le Mars Planning and Zoning Commission, Le Mars Business Improvement Committee, Le Mars Rotary Club, Greater Sioux City Board MLS Committee and St Joseph Catholic Church.

Family is very important to me. My wife and I have 6 children, 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren-all keeping us very busy enjoying their activities.
